Operating System - Enter the name of your Linux distribution and its version. (Example: Ubuntu 10.04) If you are testing the printer on multiple distributions, please submit separate reports for each.

Connection - Check all the appropriate boxes for each connection capability.

Driver - Select yes if you installed a driver of some sort, otherwise select no. (Do not include drivers pre-installed and selected automatically). If yes, explain with easy instructions how to install the driver.
What does not work - Explain in full English sentences what about the printer does not work as expected while using Linux.
Other comments - Enter any general comments you have about the printer, like if it jams every other page or uses up ink like a tattoo artist at a rap concert.
